Delores Porter

Delores was recommended to me many years ago and I have been going back to her ever since! She takes her time to listen, make suggestions, and she is knowledgeable about the latest products, trends, and techniques. I moved to South Carolina several years ago, but I never make a trip back to Memphis without scheduling an appointment with her. She is fabulous, and I wish I could have taken her with me! :) On top of it all, she is a great person!

I've known Delores for 28 years and we've become really good friends.  She understands what I like and how I like my hair styled.  She knows quite a bit of hair techniques.   She goes to hair shows and keeps up with all hair styles that are in trendy.  I've always brought a picture with me so if we decide to change things up we talk about it.  Seeing is BELEIVING!  She is so loyal and a beautiful lady in and out.  LOVE!!

Delores has done my hair for years and years. In fact, I have driven from Nashville for 15 years just for her excellent cuts and now come from Cincinnati for her cuts. She is THE VERY BEST. Known as “I need a Delores haircut” in my family. No one compares! You won’t be disappointed !

Absolutely the best! I drive two hours for my appointments. She has taken my hair from blonde to red to brunette while maintaining the health of my hair. Love that she’s up to date with new techniques and color trends. And, Delores is just the sweetest! 😊

Delores listens intently to what customers want and always does her best to please. Since she has been my hairstylist, I have received many compliments - especially on the color. She loves what she does and takes pride in being the master that she is.

Deloris keeps my curls the perfect length. As a entertainer it’s important to maintain certain visual qualities....my curls are one of those.

It has been several yea since I have had a decent haircut. I am SO GLAD to have found Delores. She identified that my shoulder length curly hair needed an oval style cut. This has become the best hair cut I have ever had while keeping longer hair. The next visit she worked on my color which was also in sad shape after a few years of self-color. Delores did a beautiful base and then a weave of highlights. I was thrilled but the best part of it all was the comments I received from friends and family over the next few weeks. At that point I KNEW I had a great new stylist. It's clear that she stays current on trends, products and new things happening in hair care. She is something else!

After chemo treatment Deloris helped shape my new image so that as my hair grew back out it still had enough style I could feel confident out and about.

Deloris has cared for my hair in all styles and colors. From waste length to bob, black, red to blonde. She’s the best colorist in Memphis and her style knowledge is unbelievable. Even a beehive for me for a fashion show once! She’s constantly on her game attending international hair shows from New York to Nashville. Can’t recommend her enough!
